Eric is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. With over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, he is a seasoned professional who leads our team with expertise and insight. Eric skillfully balances risk and reward strategies while overseeing all contracts and financial aspects of our projects. Kay Rennell
Karen “Kay” is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, holding an Associates Degree of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UMass Lowell. She makes educated and precise decisions based upon her management experiences and education. Kay is also an adjunct professor at Harvard University.

Josie Holden
Josie Holden holds an associate degree in business administration and a bachelor’s in education. As a business owner, she has a strong background in management. Currently, as Administrative Services Manager at Rennell Capital Group, she oversees administrative functions, ensures smooth operations, and supports strategic initiatives. With a passion for optimizing workflows and a focus on operational excellence, Josie plays a key role in RCG’s mission of delivering exceptional results.
Project Manager
Sara Cohen
Sara is a graduate of Ithaca College, and worked in marketing, promotions and sales in the cable television and radio industries. She is designing our real estate properties to maximize profits, while managing our staging inventory and equipment. Linda oversees the daily office management tasks at RCG. With three decades of experience owning, managing, and operating a successful business, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Drew Rennell
Drew is responsible for assisting the Principal of RCG with daily finance and social media tasks. His strategic growth strategies and targeted media deliverables allow RCG to be successful. Drew will be attending The George Washington University School of Business, majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate.
Property Manager Apprentice
Jack Rennell
Jack is responsible for aiding the Principal of RCG with the up keep and maintenance of all of RCG’s current and future properties. His calculated skills and management expertise allow all of our RCG properties to be prosperous. Jack will be attending The Catholic University School in Washington D.C., majoring in Nursing.
General Contractor Apprentice
Ryan Feudo
Ryan plays a vital role in collaborating with our entire team at RCG on various construction-related activities. As he approaches graduation from Shawsheen Technical High School, where he has specialized in Electrical studies, Ryan is poised to make significant contributions as RCG expands its presence in the real estate market. His technical skills and hands-on experience will be invaluable as we take on new projects and explore innovative solutions in the industry.
Intern/Co-Op
Michael Conners
Mike is our intern for the 2024/25 school year. He will be working with both our Construction and Real Estate Divisions in multiple capacities. He is a student in his freshman year at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences and brings his enthusiasm and dedication to tasks and projects to RCG. We’re looking forward to helping develop his knowledge of the field and watching him grow during his time with us!
